Jeanlou Bersuder
Lebanese-French editor and photo-consultant. He received a Masters in Audio-Visual Studies from INSAS, Brussels, and from Ecole Francaise d’Enseignement Technique (EFET) in France. His professional career started in 1978 as photographer for Sipa Press where he worked for 9 years before becoming the Editor-in-Chief at Sipa until 1998. He then moved to Beirut to head the Photography Department in Annahar Newspaper staying there until 2011. In 2012, he organized the “Göksin Sipahioglu, SIPA story” exhibition at Beiteddine Festival.
جان-لو بيرسودير
مصوّر ومحرر صور لبناني فرنسي. حصل على الماجستير في الدراسات السمعية البصرية من INSAS، بروكسل، ومن Ecole Française d’Enseignement Technique في باريس. هناك، بدأ مسيرته المهنية في عام ١٩٧٨ كمصور في وكالة سيبا برس حيث عمل لمدة ٩ سنوات قبل أن يصبح رئيس تحرير الوكالة، وظل فيها حتى عام ١٩٩٨ ثم ترأس قسم التصوير في جريدة النهار حتى عام ٢٠١١. قام بتنظيم معرض “غوكسين سيبايوغلو: قصة سيبا” على هامش مهرجانات بيت الدين في صيف ٢٠١٢. ه
Jessica Murray
British-American photography educator and cultural producer. She grew up between England, Kenya and the United States and she currently lives in Barcelona, where she is the director of Al-liquindoi, a Spanish cultural association she co-founded in 2004. Al-liquindoi provides training and support to documentary photographers, encouraging them to explore and expand on forms of visual storytelling while developing independent voices in the media. Al-liquindoi also curates, develops, and produces content driven documentary projects in multiple visual mediums, aimed to engage audiences on human rights, social justice and other critical issues.

منتجة ثقافية ومدربة في التصوير الفوتوغرافي. نشأت بين إنجلترا وكينيا والولايات المتحدة، وتعيش حاليًا في مدينة برشلونة، حيث تعمل كمديرة لمركز “Al-Liquindoi” وهي جمعية ثقافية إسبانية شاركت في تأسيسها عام ٢٠٠٤. تقدم الجمعية التدريب والدعم للمصورين الفوتوغرافيين، بالإضافة إلى رعاية وتطوير وإنتاج مشاريع وثائقية، في وسائط بصرية في مجال حقوق الإنسان والعدالة الاجتماعية وغيرها من القضايا الهامة.
Tony Elieh
Lebanese musician and professional photographer since 2008. He specializes in architecture, fashion, food, and product photography. His work appeared in a variety of magazines and campaigns and he regularly collaborates with young local creative, from artists and architects to design studios and music labels. Musically, Tony is a bass player, co-founder of the disbanded Scrambled Eggs, and is active in the improv scene both locally and abroad. He currently performs solo projects and is a member of Karkhana and Johnny Kafka Anti Vegetarian Orchestra.

موسيقي ومصوّر فوتوغرافي محترف منذ عام ٢٠٠٨، متخصص في التصوير الدعائي، التصوير المعماري، الأزياء، وتصوير المنتجات، حيث ظهرت اعماله في عدد من المجلات والحملات الاعلانية المحلية والعالمية. يتعاون العلية مع مواهب محلية شابة على تصميم محترفات الموسيقى والعلامات الموسيقية. الى جانب التصوير، احترف اللعب على الة الباص وشارك في تأسيس فرقة “سكرامبلد اغز” وينشط في الموسيقى الارتجالية على الصعيد المحلي والعالمي وهو عضو في فرقة “كرخنة” وفرقة “أوركسترا جوني كافكا”.ه
Raphaël Lafargue is a young french photojournalist, best known for his extensive coverage of the social upheavals taking place across France. He has portrayed the heterogenous Yellow Vest movement since its emergence, while also reporting on daily news and politics for a variety of news agencies for the last three years. His work has been published in major outlets like Paris Match, Le Monde, Le
Figaro, Marianne and Le Point. Academically, he decided to change course after studying theater and is currently completing a degree in photojournalism at Paris’ Sorbonne Nouvelle.

Paola Farran
A multidisciplinary Canadian artist, born in Beirut and currently living in Amman. Throughout her nomadic life, she has been inspired by the art and culture of indigenous people, which naturally transpire through her creations. In addition to paintings, sculptures and creating up-cycled works, one of her favored modes of expression is photography.
باولا فرّان – كندا
فنانة متعددة التخصصات، لكنها تفضل التعبير بالتصوير الفوتوغرافي. ولدت في بيروت، وتعيش حالياً في عمّان. خلال حياتها في البادية الأردنية استلهمت أعمالها الفوتوغرافية من فنون وثقافة السكان الأصليين، بالإضافة إلى إنجاز لوحات ومنحوتات عن طريق اعادة تدوير أشياء تم التخلص منها.
American photojournalist based in Western Massachusetts. His work in the medium began in 2014 after convincing his hometown National Geographic photographer John Stanmeyer into being his assistant, he began an apprenticeship which exposed him to the potential photography has for social impact. Borden was hired by his hometown newspaper where he spent the next four years honing his eye and sense of storytelling.
مصور صحفي أمريكي مقره في “ماساتشوستس الغربية”. بدأ عمله عام 2014، بعد اكتشافه أن المصور الصحفي المشهور “جون ستانمير” يعيش في مسقط رأسه.
بعد إقناع مصور “ناشيونال جيوغرافيك” بمساعدته، بدأ التدريب المهني الذي عرضه على عالم أوسع.
تعاقدت معه صحيفة مسقط رأسه بسرعة، حيث أمضى سنوات أربع يطور نظرته وقدرته في رواية القصص، وبدأ في الوقت نفسه اقتناص القصص من الخارج.
Adeeb Alani, President of the Union of Arab Photographers, a professional photographer in all fields of photography, especially desert photography. He graduated from the Faculty of Mass Communication in Iraq and he was a professor of photojournalism too. He occupied various positions related to photography and he has published books, studies, researches and articles in the field of photography. He organized several workshops and lectures on the art of photography and was honored to receive one of the Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum International Photography Awards. He is a member of the jury in many local, Arab and international competitions.
أديب العاني، رئيس اتحاد المصورين العرب، مصوِّر محترف في جميع مجالات التصوير، وخاصةً تصوير الصحراء. تخرّج من كلية الإعلام بالعراق وهو أستاذ الصحافة المصورة في كلية الإعلام بالعراق. شغل مناصب مختلفة متعلّقة بالتصوير الفوتوغرافي وله مؤلفات ودراسات وبحوث ومقالات في مجال التصوير الفوتوغرافي.
نظَّم العديد من ورش العمل والمحاضرات التي تدور حول فن التصوير الفوتوغرافي ونال شرف الحصول على واحدة من جوائز حمدان بن محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم الدولية للتصوير الضوئي. وهو عضو لجنة تحكيم في الكثير من المسابقات المحلية والعربية والدولية.

Rasha Al Jundi
Born in Jordan, raised in the UAE and educated in Lebanon, Rasha is a 35 year old aspiring documentary photographer from Palestine.Over the last 10 years, Rasha has been working as a humanitarian relief worker in several countries. Rasha is a self-taught photographer, whose work focuses on the human condition and stories that showcase our joint humanity.
رشا الجندي – فلسطين
ولدت رشا في الأردن، ونشأت في الإمارات العربیة المتحدة، وتعلمت في لبنان، وھي مصورة وثائقیات طموحة، تبلغ من العمر 35 عامًا. على مدى السنوات العشر الماضیة، عملت رشا كعاملة إغاثة إنسانیة في العدید من البلدان. ومن خلال التدریب الذاتي في مجال التصویر الفوتوغرافي تركز رشا على توثیق الحالة الإنسانیة والقصص التي تبرز إنسانیتنا المشتركة.
Pedro Safadi (b.1966, Tripoli, Lebanon) began pursuing photography as a self-taught photographer back in 2009. His passion for all things related to photography encouraged him to take up the study of photography at an academic level.
Although his work is focused mainly on portraiture, his practice includes other genres of photography including fine art, conceptual and nude photography. His portraiture work received two honorable mentions (2012 and 2017) from Santa Fe Photographic Workshops, USA. Pedro currently works in Tripoli, Lebanon. He holds an HND in Photography.

Born in Syria in 1974, Based in the Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE), Mohammed AlDaou is a Curator, Photography Judge, Editor and Critic.
Al Daou has worked in photography since joining ZIFF DAVIS, starting in PC Magazine, Dubai, UAE before joining Hamdan bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum International Photography Award (HIPA) in Dubai in 2011.
Mohammad AlDaou is a consultant on multiple projects, he is a member of the Dubai Photo Committee, he helped creating the first contemporary photography exhibition in Middle East and established the Photography Community in UAE and GCC.
محمد مصطفى الضو (مقيّم فني، محكم فوتوغرافي، محرر، وناقد)
وُلد الضو في الجمهورية العربية السورية في العام 1974، ويُقيم منذ العام 1997 في دبي في الإمارات العربية المتحدة. ويُعرف الضو بعمله الريادي في تأسيس الفوتوغرافيا كفن من خلال جهوده المكثفة التي يبذلها كمقيّم فني ومحاضر ومحرر ومُستشار في هذا الميدان.
ويعمل الضو في قطاع الفوتوغرافيا منذ انضمامه إلى فريق زيف ديفيس للنشر حين عمل في مجلة بي سي ماجازين العربية قبل أن ينضم كعضو مُؤسس إلى جائزة حمدان بن محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم الدولية للتصوير الضوئي (هيبا) في العام 2011.
ويتابع الضو عمله على إقامة المعارض والجهات العامة المهتمة بجمع الأعمال الفنية على المُستوى المحلي والعالمي، ويعمل مُستشاراً في العديد من المشروعات فقد كان جزءً من فريق عمل معرض دبي فوتو الذي كان المعرض الأول للفوتوغرافيا المعاصرة الذي ينعقد في منطقة الشرق الأوسط، وساهم في تأسيس مجتمع الفوتوغرافيا وتقويته في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة
ودول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.

Rola Jawad – Lebanon
She holds a BA in Computer Science from the American University of Beirut. She worked in aviation for 15 years before she became a full-time photographer in 2013. She participated in a number of exhibitions, including “Searching for the Truth”, a program organized by Dar Al-Mussawir in collaboration with Thomson Foundation and the British Council (2018). She won photography awards, including the first in the competition “Beauty of Lebanon through its heritage”, organized by Gibran Tueni Foundation (2015).

حائزة على بكالوريوس في علوم الكومبيوتر من الجامعة الأميركية في بيروت. عملت في الطيران لمدة 15 عامًا، تفرغت لفن التصوير عام 2013. شاركت في عدد من المعارض، منها “البحث عن الحقيقة”، البرنامج الذي نظمه دار المصور بالتعاون مع مؤسسة تومسون والمجلس الثقافي البريطاني (2018). حازت على المركز الأول في مسابقة “جمال لبنان من خلال تراثه”، نظمتها مؤسسة جبران تويني (2015).
Nadine Al Koudsi was born in Damascus and raised in Dubai, she is Syrian/Iraqi and has lived between Canada and the United Arab Emirates. She studied graphic design and photography at the American University in Dubai and seeks to use photography as a medium to tell stories and shed light on social issues affecting people during and after war.

نادين سورية/عراقية تعيش بين كندا والإمارات العربية المتحدة. درست التصميم الجرافيكي والتصوير الفوتوغرافي في الجامعة الأمريكية في دبي وتعمل كمصورة تجارية. إنها تسعى إلى استخدام التصوير لإلقاء الضوء على القضايا الاجتماعية التي تؤثر على الناس أثناء الحرب وبعدها.
